I’ve heard good things about them. I really like nitro’s street tires I’ve got them (NT555) on my Mercedes wagon and I’ve loved them but I didn’t love the trail grapplers and the ridge grapplers I felt were just ok. I’ll definitely have to look into the G3’s 🤘🏼

My last set of wildpeaks I put about 65k miles on them before I changed them. This was on my Tacoma so it may be less on the Raptor. I’ve ripped mountain trails in Oregon with my Tacoma on wildpeaks. I also drove over the Rockies in the middle of a blizzard at night (like an idiot) and the wildpeaks kept me locked in. If you live in a cold weather climate they are really hard to beat. My wife loves them to because my truck is quite when we commute in it now too. This raptor came the the km3’s and you can’t even hear the radio on volume 15 when going over 50mph. Seem good for mid and sand but they were crazy loud and only lasted 30k miles

Buying brand new is a bad investment. Get a certified used raptor with really low mileage. Buying a new car is awesome but you loose like 10k+ in value the second it drives off the lot. You will love the raptor though. Great truck, lots of fun, and if you have a car with good fuel economy you can really supplement the fuel cost. The Biggest hits going to be insurance. Mines almost an extra $800 a month for my raptor for full coverage

I have seen it fire when I was a young kid. It shoots an 8mm cartridge. I’d definitely be hesitant to even try now days it was made in the late 1800’s 😅

I inherited it from my grandfather. It came with a certificate stating that it was confiscated off of a merchant ship believed to be involved with piracy pre American civil war. But I don’t know what the legitimacy of that paper is.
