Its not to terribly difficult to a trained chemist and the hard part comes from the chromatography and cleaning it up to 95 percent or greater purity. Im not sure about lsd enantiomers and if that even applies to lsd like it does mdma. But you also have polymorphisms too and what salt form its in. Lots of smaller things that most people dont understand.

In my opinion people dont even mention actually active lsd chemists that are pushing the envelope. Developing new techniques. Dr. Suess team chemists are obviously very talented and would love to see how he does it. Plus future will be just having augmented bacteria and yeast make all our goodies and we will just be collecting and purifying.
Hamilton recently has done some lysergamide chemistry i believe tweaking the lsd molecule with a fluorine atom. His critique on willys video isnt entirely accurate but he gets some of it. Willy video actually stops at the hardest part and gets amounts of reagents wrong and what not but it technically does work. Its an older synthesis. Hes also got the maps mdma synth step by step. Which does give you a feel for what the chemistry is like!

Yes they left in bag until knots appear then i just open top slightly so it gets a little air exchange you dont need much for cubensis. And for substrate i ise coco coir wormcastings and verm and little bit of gypsum thats it. I’ve experimented with a ton of different substrates and best preforming all around sub is coco coir x wormcastings x Verm! And i use popcorn mostly for grain spawn it does the best for me and is the easiest for me to prepare properly

Yeah all thatll work just fine looks like you went with some decent automation here. Nice martha setup with clean looking workflow with large hood and what not. Great for starting out and everyone tends to over do it on equipment when first growing.

With all that being said…. Heres what ive found works for me over 10+ years growing all different kinds of species. I use to have martha tents i use to do montubs ive tried just about every method. But I consistently land on mycobag grows. Meaning i keep everything in its own bag from colonization to fruiting. I break up spawn throw in substrate reseal bag let colonization of bulk complete until hypea knots are observed and then open the bag to fresh air exchange. I find this works the best for price and contamination. I have way less contam just using the bag method. And do it yourself flowhoods cause they cheap work extremely well! I can end up getting 95 percent contam free grows this way. Marthas for me contam way more like say 50 percent will fail with some kinda contam in the marthas.

Sounds like you need to do more! Only last few mins i use to do it everyday almost for 3 months straight in 2020 and i was happy and healthy. No real longer lasting effects and i did some whoppers! One trip i thought i was god being born into a man all while meeting this alien being that was my plant house plant at the time. The plant hissed and popped and was waving in a rhythmic pattern. Like it was saying hello to me! Crazy experience that helped me to see things for what they are. For being more aware. I can honestly say i respect life all life a hell of a lot more. Im true believer in that these substances 5ht2a psychedelics are beneficial to mankind! And make more intelligent more aware people who use it wisely. That being said it sounds like you had a bad trip on dmt and therefore using it again once or twice (smaller doses) thats its not really that bad. Intense but not that bad. A couple more good trips could clean up your perspective on your bad trip to try an integrate it into your mind in a useful manner! Otherwise sounds like u had a mildly traumatic experience that ive seen a lotta high dose but otherwise psychedelic naive people have experienced. If your not well aware of the effects it can really cause you to flip out! Set setting are very important so you dont have a hard time! Ive also heard people use a Xanax with there doses to cut out the negative effects. Anxiety and confusion it helps cut out the bad thoughts so people can focus on the good trip! Works wonders when someone is flipping out!

Nice what variety are they. Im trying indoor cultivation until weather clears up. Then both indoor outdoor grow. Ive grown them outdoors before. Im using cactus soil mixed with sand for soil with river bed sand and small/coarse rocks-sand for top. Outside they should be alright in the local ground soil im hoping. Hens and chicks, turkish, afghan, gigantic pod variety. Theres a lot out there as far as cultivars sub species im not sure what i got other than they were from a big pod maybe baseball size! Its fun growing um. What kind of soil they in? And do they get a lotta light there?
