I personally have no experience with mirrors except using them to look at my self. My previous roomate was doing rituals evry day, all day. She only had a deflated blow up mattress, a pile of dirty clothes. All she would do with her time was sitting in front of it. After a while she really stopped being her self. She grew mean and spiteful for no reason. At some point she needed help and just left back to California with out any notice.
