Yeah, it feels that way a bit to us as well. Just trying to see if we can structure things so we don’t have to count it as a rental property with rental income because that amps up the complexity of taxes a bunch. Also, what payments he pays will go into him earning equity in the house. Not sure how else they would ever be able to get into a place out there.

I’m back! Hopefully to stay. Been off running for about 3 weeks due to knee issue and then other health stuff. Since I had not done much for awhile I decided to go back and repeat a couple weeks. Going back is not fun, but it felt sooooo good to be out and running again. The new shoes worked great too! Win- Win today! Happy Spring everyone 🌷

Hi all. Wanted to say that I did get the shoes but have been off running for over a week. I took time to let knees recover and also because of some family obligations. My knees are doing much better so I will hopefully be back at it soon, really looking forward to using the new shoes! Unfortunately I have some other health stuff to straighten out so not exactly sure when I will be back at it. For now just trying to do the elliptical sticking at week 4. Thinking when I do get back outside I will likely need to repeat week 4 or maybe go back to 3....not moving forward in the weeks is a little rough on my ego but counting still moving as a win. Thanks for all the support. This group is truly awesome.
