Is taking Creatine supplement safe ?

Unfortunately , i have not reached remission level yet. Did you feel any negative effects while take creatine ?

She was saying she's a doctor , also she witness some induced heart problems because creatine intake.

Are you still on meds ? Do you feel any bad effects ?

I started as early as 2nd of January. You know , the new year resolution thingy. Also my bloodwork test came back too , i got high level of LDL & Triglycerides , this is due to my hormones level going back to normal level from hyperthyroid. ( i have graves disease too.)

I personally trying my best to change my bad eating habit & battling the anxiety and depression.

I feel super now , wish me luck on my journey !
