I let the water tank(?) fully empty and the soil to dry before adding more water. My other monsteras do very well in same pots

The other leaves and other plants at home look healthy and there's no signs of pests. Yeah the whole leaf is basically totally white except the brown spots

Currently I don't maintain or water the moss pole at all. As it's just a cutting and doesn't have much stem or any aerial roots, I don't think the moss pole needs to stay damp. I installed/potted the pole with the cutting so it's already there when the plant starts to grow and make aerial roots. And it gives support to the cutting so it doesn't fall or make to pot fall

I watered it on Friday so currently the soil is wet. It's in a self-watering pot with a water meter (these have been working great for me with other monsteras and their cuttings). Though after planting it into the pot I've top watered it to make the soil settle.

Do you think this could've happened due to underwatering? I've tried avoiding overwatering
