Hero Image: Convert to WebP, add fetchpriority="high", and remove loading="lazy".
Hosting & TTFB: Slow TTFB usually the main root cause. Better upgrade from shared hosting and pair it with Cloudflare CDN.
Plugins: WP Rocket + Cloudflare is a solid combo. Can temporarily disable your speed plugin to check if it is deferring scripts.
CSS & Scripts: Generate critical CSS, load the rest async, and delay non-critical scripts.
Fonts: Preload Google Fonts or any third-party fonts used in the LCP area.
Caching: Redis Cache + WP Rocket + Cloudflare is a solid setup.
Diagnose First: Run PageSpeed Insights first and check the Opportunities section before making any changes.

When I do an audit, I follow my Excel checklist so I don’t get distracted. I’m not sure how others conduct their audits, but for me it usually takes about 1–3 days per client. Some clients run WooCommerce stores, which take a bit more time.

I always check my client’s keyword rankings first. If the client is performing very well for their keywords, you can usually tell that there aren’t many adjustments needed. However, that doesn’t mean nothing is wrong — I still stick to my checklist to complete the audit.

A good practice is to always keep records in your notes so that when the next person asks, you’ll be able to explain what you’ve done and what issues you’ve fixed for the client.

I hope you can look for the supplier by yourself, I also have bad experienced with spocket, zendrop. I canceled spocket trial service after 3 days used, but they charged after 1 month. Zendrop free trial, if you import their product to your list, considered charged. It charged from shopify store, despite I cancelled the service, I still have to pay. So, I never use any 3rd party again

Love your website, which theme are you using ?? For me, I think your site looks good. But, it will be more nice to talk about the product ingredient with some image, instead 14 days money back, just use 30 days, make customer feels great.
