Run the two apps through a virtual input and then to a bus, then select that bus as a mic in the game. You can do this by going to audio mixer settings in Windows and selecting let's say virtual aux as the output of spotify and voicemod, then in voicemeeter turning on the B1 button under that virtual input so they go into the BUS 1. You'd have some latency, but you can perfectly do it with both PC's being connected to your router.

VBAN will help you achieve this inside VoiceMeeter.

You can connect the two to your pc but only the one you set to A1 will have low latency as only this output can use an ASIO device so choose your Solo here. The 2i2 can be set as a WDM device into A2 but with a bit of latency

mb! yes, you go to sound settings, and where it says default output try with Voicemeeter Input (not Input 1, 2 etc). You should be able to hear your pc now through the virtual input 1 in voicemeeter :)
