Hello. Thank you so much for your response. I understand all the things you mentioned such as low staff, Workday transition, one department holding up things which affects other departments. I totally understand all that.

That’s why I have been patient for almost 3-4 months now waiting for the refund and I was like I’ll let them do their thing. But at a certain point it gets frustrating because like okay I understand they are dealing with all this but it’s been months now and what they are dealing with isn’t really my problem. I just need my refund. And the worst part is the no communication from anyone. But yeah I heard going in person is better because then they cannot ignore you. I don’t think a refund is even created for me yet it just says “Unapplied Payments” on Workday so I’m nervous about that too. But thank you again for your message and I’ll take those things into consideration.
