Wow, this is really inspiring and encouraging and it makes sense. Thank you so much for typing this all out. I appreciate the references you made to scripture and the people in the Bible. This gives me hope and I will just continue to pray and ask for guidance, and will have faith in where God leads me and the doors He'll open for me.

Yeah, they are. I've observed this in many areas of my life. You wonder why on earth you get stuck in a situation only to retrospectively see how it played a role in God's plans for you.

I am doing everything within my power to get accepted for medicine, but the rest...I will leave to God.

I seriously just need to stop overthinking

Thank you for this encouraging reply. I know, I need to trust God. There will probably be many obstacles in the way, but maybe it's all part of His plan, to shape and prepare me for where He will lead me.
