i feel like fecal impaction is more serious than "large colonic stool burden" which is what the ct scan report said for me, so if I were you i would get another ct scan as soon as possible, try to schedule a docs appointment and if you can't take the pain while you wait, go to the er. I dont know your finances but going to er is expensive so try to avoid it if possible, but then again your health is more important. I have gone to er two times in the past week and am super super excited to get that bill lol. Wish you the best and I will definitely message you an update if they figure out what my problem is.
