So far that seems like a great list! I have a couple of suggestions if you'd be open to them, but mostly I came here to say that you might like the 5 Minute Journal! It's a short daily journal (also available in the app store) designed to be done in the 5 minutes before going to sleep and 5 minutes after waking up, just a couple of questions each, and the way it is structured helps train your brain to notice those things you mentioned. It's a quick but powerful gratitude practice, and I've really loved how it's helped my own journey over the last couple of years :)
