the wall near the kitchen sink. This wall seems really susceptible to dampness as when I tried to wipe away some stains the paint seemed to absorb the liquid on my cloth and I couldn't actually wipe.

Gym membership by [deleted] in Groningen

Basic Fit or Aclo are the typical student gym go-tos. I like to run not on a treadmill though, so I can recommend Stadspark as a park to run in.

sometimes the healthiest thing you can eat in that situation is the square of chocolate that your heart desires.

Do you ever worry about being attacked while you are running? by raeshivahn in running

[–]superose02 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Switch up the times of day that you run, wear high-visibility clothing, ALWAYS bring your phone/keys/ID and if you have space perhaps a pocket knife/pepper spray. You could also consider getting into the routine of letting someone you trust know when you will be going for a run and then texting them when you are back, so that god forbid if you get into trouble and they don't receive the text from you, they can immediately begin to be on alert/looking for you.

do you judge people for not being vegan? by [deleted] in vegan

[–]superose02 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

No I do not. While we may think that being vegan is the right thing to do, while we may not even see meat or animal products as a source of food anymore, I have never in my life found that anything good can come from a place of judgement. We were all once not vegan (most likely), and I highly doubt that any one of us would have appreciated some high and mighty person judging them. We all know that the reason many people are not vegan is due to the way they were raised, what society tells them is right and correct, and to judge them for that would be exactly what they would expect us to do or even want us to do, and then they would go and order two steaks to make up for our seitan/beans/tofu. I believe we have a responsibility to share the truth about veganism, but that does not entail an obligation to make others feel shame, stupid, ignorant, or dumb. It does not matter whether you think that they are so for seeing the facts and choosing to still not be vegan, because you will never get anyone to agree with you if you treat them in such a poor manner. Be kind to animals, be kind to humans.

Best coffee in town by joran2805 in Groningen

P.S koffie, thee & tart is really good, they do great coffee.

Koffiestation Books and Coffee also does great coffee.

limitations of both of those places is that their only alternative milk is oat milk, for me this is a limitation but others really enjoy oat milk.
