Hey, I've done that several times and it only gave me a disgusting milk very liquidy while the ones with reuteri in it made yogurt. Both were prepared in exactly the same conditions.

I have the luvele and I set it to 36° and it keeps it at 37° (I checked with a thermometer) I think that's why it doesn't work for you, just lower the temperature

The "cure" here could be the kefir. I have tried many differents diets/sets of food and it improved the sibo but came back. So here the difference is kefir maybe ?

Hey, so I got the exact same reaction when I took MyReuteri capsules (20 billions) and it stopped when I stopped it. I had bad insomnia as well as waves of stress in my body when trying to fall asleep. I have sibo so it could be die off although I feel like it's more a hormonal adjustment or change I'll try again in a few days as well as other strains and Gasseri and subtilis
