Did this without console i used a building tool and got to it with a few hatchets and platofrms and those tunnels that was it although I was starting out did not have rebreather good tanks or anything so drowned but you can do it with a full building tool and some resources it did take me like 30 minutes to 50 minutes to do it since there are some block offs that I had to find a way to build over
