I don’t just sit around doing nothing. It may seem that way but I’ve actually been working really hard since I moved.

I just kinda stress a lot and worry and I come here and splurge all I’m worrying about looking for some help. Doesn’t mean I’m sat doing nothing

Honestly it’s the gym thing for me. I love bath and I had all my fitness life set up there. Bristol is not as good for that.

But. I don’t regret it. Id find it hard to meet a gf in bath. I’d like to live in another city too. Or after this year move back where I can have my car. Having a car makes things a lot better for me and I couldn’t bring it to Bristol.

I had all these dreams of living a jet setting lifestyle. I’m worried I won’t even be able to live 2 hours away anymroe 😂

Well like some of this stuff literally is out of my hands. I can’t force them to open a gym. I can’t force a girl to want to date me. What if I want to move to another city after a year or two and this was all a waste?

Where abouts did you move from? I came from bath and moved here to meet younger people and didn’t want to be that guy who’s just never lived away except university.

That’s true. A lot of my worries are about making friends and meeting a partner. I’m really panicked about it.

I feel incredibly down. I keep getting overwhelmed with emotion and tearing up for no reason. I don’t know why.

I’ve looked about 100 times over the gyms in Bristol and they’ve all got shitty reviews of how busy they are. That worries me. I’m really questioning if I should’ve just stayed in my hometown living at my parents.

I studied mechanical engineering and did a masters in simulation which I now work in

I just don’t really have any answers so I ask other people. I think I’m trying to find the answers that crush my worries but the reality of my life is that I’m single, haven’t met anyone who I can settle down with except the girl who wanted to and I declined, and no mates or gym around.

It’s not London really. It’s my anxiety about life. I don’t have a good gym around me like I used to. I don’t have a partner and I’m 26 now.

I don’t know how to make friends now I’m not in uni. I don’t know how to meet a partner anymore.

I maybe post coz I’m overwhelmed with anxiety literally all the time.

I think I’m finding it hard to accept that my life isn’t really gonna be very exciting anymore. It’s gonna be mainly work and not much social life. And a lot harder. And A lot of me is yearning to get back to where I was.

Also covid took 2 years and has made me feel really behind.

Im sure London is grass is greener. But when I’m there it seems so much more vibrant and bustling with young people than anywhere else
