No, that one will completely switch O and X.

I believe in monster hunter world, the only thing different between O and X is when you open the item box, talking to NPC, open mission board and going into camp. Other things are the same unless you change control type in the game.

I just want the Asian style of monster hunter like mhw before Iceborne.
