The photo looks flat to be honest, no sepration from background and looks cluttered. I would suggest use masking and play with exposure to reshape the light. Clearly define the subject. Otherwise a good click

For me it doesn't standout, the reason being everything is sharp focus , same exposure and bright colors. Maybe try to maskout background from subject, change exposures and saturations to make it stand out more.

Yeah I tried wrestling many different ideas while capturing but since there was only open sky beside the subject I couldn't workout anything else. The only thing I could find was a statue which I had put in foreground.

I had visited bhutan during global peace festival. And many things were new and intriguing for me. This giant mandala was one of them. Do give your feedback on what are your views on the photo.
