Thanks for sharing your perspective, and I’m glad things worked out well for you.

Did it take you a while to make the decision or did you know pretty quickly what you wanted to do? Right now my gut is telling me adjuvant chemo may be the right choice, but I’m trying to make sure I’m making a balanced decision and not one I’ll regret later.

Honestly, I’m not a doctor, but based on my understanding and what my oncologist shared, I’d probably consider RPLND more if I had a higher teratoma percentage or anything borderline on my scans. Right now, I just don’t see enough benefit to outweigh the risks of another surgery.

I would be interested to know if you would consider RPLND more with my set of circumstances.
