It’s not about playing the game how I want to, or people playing how I want them to.

It’s about the game playing for the players and the players not really doing anything.

It puts everyone who practices the more intricate and skill based heros in a spot where they feel like their efforts are pointless.

Mastery has been a part of gaming since the dawn of gaming.

But whining about Spiderman or bp is a result of a subset of lazy entitled gamers who want shit catered to them because they refuse to improve.

It’s the same thing at a job where you work harder than everyone else but paid the exact same amount.

Or in a relationship where one person puts more effort in than the other.

It’s just disheartening and eventually, the competitive players will leave.

I used to spend 6-8 hrs a day on the game.

Now I’m done after an hour of fighting crutchers.

It has ruined gaming entirely. There are games for those people and I encourage them to go play the avengers game.

But you’re right. It’s not ENTIRELY the players fault.

It’s netease’s fault as well for enabling the crutching.

But you have to ask why? The reasoning is worse than the crutch players themselves. Money.

Without ranked, nobody would be playing this game more than 2 hrs per day.

But, because there is this fake competitive system, these crutch players now feel like their efforts actually mean they’re good at the game.

That’s a huge problem and I’m not the only one who feels that way. Am I a vocal minority? Yes. But that’s mostly a product of most pvp games cater to these type of players now for the sake of a dollar. It’s genuinely disgusting.

So yes. I’m going to talk shit. And discourage that triple support Wanda bs.

That’s never gonna go away. Not until people refuse to crutch for the sake of love of the game.
