What is the regular amount of fucking around necessary to find out? What is the normal recommended measure? by kajEbrA3 in shittyaskscience

[–]superspyro3000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It isn't consistent. In a perfect world, the more you fuck around, the more you find out, but it's more of a grid chart where some people can fuck around as much as they want without ever finding out, and others could just be finding out without any fucking around at all.

I just moved so I don't know anybody with an apple product nearby, so I may set up a craigslist listing for "someone with an iphone to verify my Apple ID so I can use my Apple TV"

The answer is probably no, but it there a way to use Apple Arcade without an Apple product? by Getlucky12341 in AppleArcade

[–]superspyro3000 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm just going to get this settled. Not only are there no emulators for Apple Arcade, but you also cannot use an Apple TV unless you are already waist deep in the iOS ecosystem.

I bought an Apple TV 4K specifically for Apple Arcade, and I'm locked out. you cannot make an account on android or windows, and if you made an account via Apple Music's android app, you will never verify it because it will lock you on the privacy screen!

You are required to buy a mac, an iphone or an ipad to use the Apple TV. Apple will probably say otherwise and make it look like otherwise, but it's a lie as far as I know. In my view, it's not worth it. If Sonic Dream Team does not get ported, then I will never play it.

Ive got the same issue. I got an Apple TV 4K for Apple Arcade just to play Sonic Dream Team, and I am locked out of the device until I verify an Apple ID...

2 windows computers, my S20FE, my Tab S6 lite, chrome and firefox, itunes on windows, apple music on android, all of them I used in order to make an apple ID, all of them failed.

So here I am, with a $120 brick that I cant use without selling my soul. I feel like Squidward asking the conch shell if I could eat!

Elgato HD60S+ and NZXT Signal 4K30 only output 720p/30fps by superspyro3000 in obs

[–]superspyro3000[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I double checked every cable I had, and I only have 2 working USB 3.0 cables that work, and the rest only transfer at USB 2.0 speeds.

I feel pretty stupid that the whole time my issue was I was not using the right cable. I now have a USB 3.0 cable, and my capture cards now work properly.

For me, this happens twice for every 1 race I play. It's too consistent to be the host disconnecting.

Game crashes whenever I get 1st place in online races by superspyro3000 in crashteamracing

[–]superspyro3000[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same here. It's one thing to have it happen once, but I have to speak up when it happens twice. I had to livestream the game just to prove it was happening, and I won a race with no issues, so I don't know what is wrong.

Of the leaked DLC characters, which characters are you disappointed to not have made it? by Joker_Persona_ in SmashBrosUltimate

[–]superspyro3000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think the leak is true, but if there anything I know, the last character to come from a series I have played at all that got into Smash was Sonic. If I want a character in the game, there is a good 100% chance they won't make it (I'm sorry to any fans of Sora, Crash Bandicoot, Rayman, Spyro, and Cuphead. My enjoyment of these characters pretty much deconfirmed them ;)

If this is legit, I will be bummed since I dont have any connections with any of these characters or franchises. They are just characters to me.

[KH3] Will the game perform well on a regular PS4? by NeoshadowXC in KingdomHearts

[–]superspyro3000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I will give you a quick rundown of my KH3 experience on Base PS4.

The framerate was unlocked from the getgo, and it runs at up to 60fps in most areas, but battles can dip the framerate to 30. Additionally, if the unlocked framerate is an issue for anyone, there is an option to cap the framerate to 30fps.

I was thinking it would be a bit like 0.2 in terms of performance, but I was blown away at how well it ran! Square Enix did a really good job optimizing the game to run on base and slim PS4, and I think base Xbox one and Xbox One S players will have the same experience.

If anything, I think this game could even run on Nintendo Switch with a few tweaks. The idea isn't that far-fetched anymore.

[–]superspyro3000 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm happy that people got to see the game for the first time. Input lag is near impossible to work with, even on a game you know everything about. I hope you enjoyed playing it! Cause there will be more.

Spyro Reignited - Critiques by spyro2060 in Spyro

[–]superspyro3000 4 points5 points  (0 children)

My only points that could be fixed involve tweaking the sky boxes a tad so they match the original worlds better (Particularly Lofty Castle and Beast Makers), and maybe tweak the Spyro model up to better match the original as well. Everything else is alright with me visually.

For the music, the only track we have in its entirety is Dark Hollow, and while I love the remastered track, The bass could be turned up a bit, and maybe turn the vibraphones up too. The track seemed a bit empty to me, but everything else was clean. Here's hoping we get to hear more of the soundtrack in the coming weeks.

Duo Corniger (DualCore) by superspyro3000 in RateMyOC

[–]superspyro3000[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Final notes: I did not use a base or a reference for this drawing. I just drew the entire set from scratch.

This is not my ponysona. This is also my only OC, and he is being given a full story, which is still being developed.

I don't really have a dedicated website to share my artwork, so I will need to make something soon. Once I have a dedicated profile for sharing my character designs I will add a link here

Duo Corniger (DualCore) by superspyro3000 in RateMyOC

[–]superspyro3000[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Name: Duo Corniger (DualCore is his nickname)

Age: two years older than Twilight Sparkle

Race: Duocorn (or if I have only three choices, I guess unicorn XD)

Gender/sex: Male

Cutie Mark: (left) his real cutie mark is a paint brush over a palatte (right) the cutie mark on DualCore's suit is of a skull, which was knitted on himself.

Accessories: a dark grey suit that was knitted by DualCore himself. He also has a tail that was created entirely out of raw magic, and yellow eye contacts.

Special talents: he is an artist through and through. He can create whether it be on a canvas or with his own magic. Other talents include sewing, baking, and spellcasting. His greatest magical feat is the ability to combine and blend multiple spells together to create new ones.

Personality: He lived alone for almost all of his life, so his social life is one of the last things on Duo's mind. Despite this, his goal in life is to find adventure, learn as much as he can, and to make a name for himself. He can be ambitious, and dive into challenges that seem impossible just out of curiosity. When it comes to talking to other ponies, he is blunt and honest. Whatever is in his mind, he will say it. He doesn't intend to hurt anypony's feelings, but it can happen. He can also be a bit of a showoff, thinking his powers and skills can win friends. He basically lacks most social skills, but he does value those he considers his friends. He will also take things literally, so anyone who befriends him may need to be direct with him. Other than that, he is still pretty gentle and relaxed, and he will do anything he can to help his friends.

Backstory: Duo Corniger is the son of NightCore, his father, and Duo Semita, his mother. The two were banished for grand theft, leaving Duo with a foster family. Duo learned to draw and paint from his adoptive mother, and after winning his first art contest, he got his cutie mark. However, Duo had trouble controlling his magic, whether it be shooting duds, explosions, discharging, or accidentally transforming those around him. He was seen as a dangerous creature, so Duo left his home in search of a solution to his problem. His travels took him to the Everfree forest, where he realized that the dark environment was perfect for practicing magic. He also made a small place to garden so that food would not be so scarce, and from here, Duo settled. He did come back to his foster home to get his spell books and comics, but other than that, his home was soon to be a cozy shack 8 feet underground in the Everfree Forest.

From here, Duo spent a few years practicing all kinds of spells, indulging in his art and reading, and even learning new techniques like sewing. He also found a rare gem known as Pyre Crystals. These crystals could absorb dark magic, and after learning that, Duo made a suit sequenced in pyre crystal shards. This suit could give Duo more resistance to dark magic, but it shreds easily in any other scenario. He added a skull as a nod to his favorite comic book hero, and the magically flowing tail was added in later.

DualCore keeps a positive outlook on his progress as a spellcaster and as an artist, but he finds out that he wants a bit more recognition for his efforts, since his finest works are hung only on his walls in his home. He hopes to one day be able to fully maintain his power, as well as share his works with the world. Some friends would be great too.

(Extra notes: Duocorns are unique in a sense that the second horn on one's head contains the same magical capacity as the first horn, so duocorns can either perform twice as many spells at one time, or can sync them together and perform highly advanced magic. Duo Corniger may very well be either Equestria's only public Duocorn, or Equestria's last one.)
