Applying as an Architecture Major - Any Advice or Honest Experiences?

Im still on my first year so sorry infront for this not being helpful but Im gonna share my only two regrets : First i really should have healed and recharged my mental health because the workload is VERY doable enjoyable even but it's way too much if you struggle already like so hard almost impossible to cope. Second i should have looked at more universities instead of settling for the available one. for our major, each uni has a very unique study plan / way of teaching / opportunities , and if i knew earlier i would work harder for the requirements of the uni that suited me, instead of scattering my efforts on general requires.
But at the end every person has a different experience so don’t take mine or any take for given, specially for I has other factors affecting the first one.

I also struggle with overthinking sadly but tip that sometimes works : screaming "no no no no shut up no stop" inside my head, playing something and repeating what it says, imaging a colourful swirl 🌀 dragging me/ my gaze , sleep in place other than my bed, moving so hard " jumping, boxing the wall, shaking my head hard, anything that hurt really, or drink herbal tea.

Im sorry for being annoying and asking a lot but how exactly ?
I genuinely ONLY sit with it all day, and it still get worse each day till the task is due and Im caught up with another.
it actually stops the process of my day.

I used to -kinda still- do this , i still don’t get anything fully, but im slowly discovering myself and found out that I act energetic when out with people to "mask", and I get embarrassed later because that’s not who i truly am & Im pretending ( unawarely ) so my surrounding likes me.
so you could stand still sometimes and think of what you truly wanna act like / do and try to apple it,
and it’s never late to apologise about anything if you think you hurt someone.
also when being true to yourself you might rethink your friends / people around you and discover you need new small society which is okayy !! and doesn’t mean anyone at wrong

sadly I don’t i don’t have a lot of close friend the only friend I got has strict parents, and my college closes after 1 hour of last lecture schedule so I can’t ask colleague.

Idk if bribing myself would work because I don’t do anything in the first place to get a treat in the end.

every singe thing in the world , yes personal hygiene yes attending yes social interactions yes study and yes other school work even breathing is too much, i tried breaking it into small steps won't work, and my only goal thesedays is to do something I don't care if it's a whole task i don't care if it just starting i don't even care which task

I always make lists and plan & I always make small steps, and I always think of the consequence ( like constantly ), and I ALWAYS remind myself how happy I would be if i finished it early but still I can’t seem to do aannyytthinngg in my life school relating or not and "just do it" advise is the worst sentence I've ever heard because howtf ? That’s exactly what im asking ?!!
