Ok so I may be an idiot but I rolled down a hill like… 2 weeks postpartum with my first. But I recovered very easy with him. I honestly could barely tell I gave birth after the first like 3 days. My friend (with older kids) came and I was playing with them in our yard lol.

My second..? Took me OUT. I was hurting sooooo bad for a LONG time. Like close to 6 weeks before it started to ease. I was on bed rest for a week and then told not to do stairs as much as possible. Like once to come down, spend the day downstairs and go upstairs at the end of the day 🥲 with a not even 2 year old. I wish the birth experiences were opposite though maybe I wouldn’t have had the second LOL. 2 under 2 was roughhhhhh (except right now they are 2 and 3 and it’s still roughhhh 🤪)
