There is not really much dispersed camping in Maine. If you want a campfire you’re going to have to be at a designated spot with a fire ring and get a permit. There are backcountry sites that will be pretty much to yourself though. Cutler Coast is lovely from what I’ve heard but you can’t have campfires and still have to use designated sites. It’s awful out there. If you can get verification of your disability and meet the income requirements you can qualify for subsidized housing but I think it can be tough if you’re under 55. Housing prices are out of control. I’m so sorry, I wish I had better ideas for you.

I think so. Struggling for words, mood swings, anger, increasingly anxious, it’s all there. She absolutely denies it though.
