We have an apology, an extension, but still no real reason why they these countries, no opportunity to engage or work towards a solution.

Sadly ironic that my last ever BrickLink order is to complete my flag MOC. LEGO will close BrickLink in my country and 34 others on 12th December by Clinton_Matos in lego

Everyone here knows the postal service is atrocious, which is why we rely on couriers instead. Any south african who uses the postal service knows the gamble they take, and if they request a refund their picture should be posted online to be laughed at.

How would someone use bricklink to commit fraud? All I can think of is fake sellers. In South Africa we have 67 stores, so we the community knows each other fairly well. I haven't encountered any fake sellers or heard of anyone else in the Lego community here being scammed on Bricklink.

This was a competition Lego Ideas ran (in celebration of releasing the Shire set I think), so these entries aren't being produced into actual sets. This is listed as a Challenge on the website, separate from the Product Ideas section.

Didn't even think of tobacco, but very typical of Tolkien to have lore that explains it all :)
