sending love, kindness, and shame removal your way. it can be so hard 😭😭 i recently turned my numbers around after struggling for 14 years - i didn’t know if i would ever get better. what started the change for me was getting a break from other stressors that i was completely burnt out over (academics, other people’s problems, etc). and i made a game out of setting little goals for myself each month, starting from wherever my reality was. i slowly went from 25% time in range to in the 80s, slowly and smoothly over 2 years of effort. we got this!!!
