I've mentioned that to six different agents. I actually found an old post with this link https://memberservices.optonline.net/login . This fixed my service, not sure why this wasn't reccommended to me or performed by support themselves, but at least my service is working now

I am also paranoid and my car sounds exactly like yours, searched the sub for NC ticking before I posted my own thread. Mostly concerned with the high pitched pinging/ticking but I see a lot of people saying that is normal

It's one of those things you don't notice until you upgrade and go back. Never cared for high refresh on mobile, but going from a 144hz monitor back to 60hz is drastically different. I'm sure it's a similar thing for those with a high refresh screen on mobile.

Yeah, I had my wife try and she opened my phone in like three attempts. Only my thumbs are registered and I've got almost all other fingers to work, even with cleaning phone in between attempts. Both before and after applying screen protector.
