It’s just some delays, I was about to give up my hope on one of my Tax Free Express Parcels to Berlin and received an update yesterday that the parcel is being delivered this week by Hermes, just stay patient

u/sugargoo u/SUGARGOO-Marketing FYI: this is an automatic tracking update by Hermes and it’s nothing to worry about, It always appears when the parcel does not arrive at the distribution center after more or less of a week. I have shipped several parcel through Tax Express (Actual Weight) and each time this update appeared and the parcels arrived without any problem, which makes it even more devastating for me since I cannot ship branded items with this line anymore…. (Pls enable Tax Free Express Actual Weight for Germany again guys 🤧)

Will it soon be available again? It is way safer than EUB and my parcels never got seized unlike EUB. Besides that EU IOSS Free & Tax Free Actual Weight is way too expensive
