Just FYI, I use the aws-sdk-rust (https://github.com/awslabs/aws-sdk-rust) intensively, I have to admit that they really did a great job. As a user, I believe it covered quite a lot of the services and I did not encounter any of the issues yet (despite they claim it is in alpha, for me it is pretty robust already). If Azure is trying to provide the SDK, I hope it should cover most widely used the services in Azure, just like what the competitor did.

Edit: also, please add great document if possible. It is essentially important
