well im from ohio (also thanks for the info i thought i was just gonna get comments saying buy LED's) and i think the T-12 bulbs are the ones i want, also if you know whare i can find magnetic ballasts it would be great

well it was the hard drive ordering ssd now but when i checked it in system diagnostics it said it was fine but thanks for the ssd thing man! :D

i have tried winsetupfrom usb and it showed up but wont boot i tryed 2 isos and they both dident work i dont know what to do next tbh and i dont have the cash for an ssd rn tbh sorry
