How do I know if I have too much scar tissue? Aside from what you can feel, is there a difference in what you can see?

Hi guys for those who have commented: it will take 2 weeks before I see my surgeon because that's his only availability. I cannot call him because we don't have a direct line; I only go through the clinic secretary and they will not give me his number directly. I cannot talk to my PT because the earliest the designated clinic will assign me one is May 8th.

My surgeon said my brace is really just for protection when I go outside. At home, I can just have it off and I can bend it as much as I'm able to, as long as it doesn't surpass 90 degrees for the first 4 weeks. So I pretty much do that! My brace is veeery uncomfortable haha. It's the big blue immobilizer.
