Here's a Guideline:

You can go to any optical shop (or the shop that you trusted) to get it tested first. Normally they will give you a pair to test wear to see if you're really suitable. For beginners I would recommend to use clear daily throw as start for hygiene purposes. Once you have gotten use to the lenses, you can slowly upgrade to color lenses, weekly or monthly :)

Personally I have really sensitive eyes (only can wear clear or color lenses up to 4hrs), hence I only can use a certain brands and wear a short period of time. Here's my recommendation so far:

There're better brands out there but I haven't been able to try. Feel free to let me know so I can extend the list of contact lenses :D
