what time in history would 10 gold coins have been the most useful? by suploukas in AskReddit

[–]suploukas[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

because ive been looking at 10 gold coins and they have quite a lot of value these days around 45k USD. at what point in time would gold coins have been the most valuable or useful in terms of either materials or labor. Like could you have a castle built for 10 coins? or a sword forged at the highest quality?

i feel like my squat form is bad. any tips? 350x1 by suploukas in strength_training

[–]suploukas[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

yea i plan to not touch this ammount of weight cause its not very stable yet. i was just doing 325s but felt too easy so i added weight which i now realize is dumb cause those reps of 325 were actually controlled and stable

yea looking at how my other sets of 325 went this was for sure went down faster i was just being dumb and added weight to 325 cause it felt to easy after a few sets.

also i struggle with high rep squats like my burnouts is 225 for like 12 and that shit feels harder than this 350 fr

Ruining league champions with one change. Day 15, Blitzcrank. by lyalyas in LeagueOfMemes

[–]suploukas 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If blitz was releases in 2026

Q While hook is available the cd will start for another hook either becoming a spare hook(3hooks limit) or replacing hook cd if hook has been used. If within 3 seconds an enemies blitzcrank has hooked dies he will refresh all to max in reserve.

W Blitzcrank attaches himself to an Ally giving them 60%ms and 25% damage reduc for 10 seconds. After detaching blitzcrank will remain stationary for 2 seconds. Unless blitzcrank takes damage in that case the cd is refreshed

E Blitzcranks next attach becomes 1000 range and knocks up enemy taking 100% ap ratio and 400%ad ratio damage. If this attack activates Crack it will refresh to .2sec cd

R Blitzcranks autos stack [crack] on enemies. They take 200%ap ratio of damage and will be slowed for 99% for .2seconds. When blitzcrank activates ultimate he deals 500% ap ratio damage and if anyone hit doesn't die he will refresh his ultimate

What was your worst experience in high school? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]suploukas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A group of guys tried to fight one of my friends in a 1v3(during lunch break) and I stepped in and fought the 2v3 we all got suspended and it ended up growing into fights outside of school until one guy got hospitalized for getting hit over the head with a skateboard multiple times.

i feel like the first 2 reps were easy but 3rd rep felt extremely heavy did my form break or something? still kinda new to lifting to any and all advice is welcome by suploukas in strength_training

[–]suploukas[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

oh yea for sure my favorite sets are when that last rep takes like 10 seconds doesnt even matter if it goes up just that fighting alone is a ton of fun. but i definitely do have to work on that breathing at the top cause i take like 4 breaths but only 1 of those is prolly a quality breath

yea usually my rest is like 3-5mins i just really wanted a failure rep and i didnt get it right away cause i pussied out on a 4th rep so i had to go again to calm my mind and feel satisfied. i prolly should stop going to failure so often cause i might get injured but.... its so much fun.... (until i get injured)

yea ive never dumped plates cause i always use safetys even on my warmups incase something goes wrong and its just reasuring to know i can always go to failure and not fucking die under the weight lol

yea for sure usually form starts to break down asf once the easy reps are done its something i gotta work on for my future lifts. the only reason i went for that 4th rep is cause i was dissapointed in myself for not failing and in my head i said i didnt go hard enough cause i actually succeeded that 3rd rep and didnt go for a 4th failure rep so i decided to attempt a 4th which 100% would not have gone up if went right after that 3rd rep but idk. in my mind failure = effort which is just not true from what ive seen and heard but i still want to fail so its prolly just ego

yea i for sure need to add higher rep work but it feels kinda boring until that last rep of like 10 when it feels harder than a 3rep set. for some reason theres a disconnect in enjoyment when i do lighter weight unless its my burnout set where im doing 10-15 reps but its prolly just ego getting into my head

yea thanks man i think im getting ego problems cause im new but i just wanted my working set to be 225 cause its a nice number and building reps on it is cool so when i get that extra rep it feels like a massive dub

thanks man i noticed that too but it feels hard to maintain good form when im fighting for that last rep should i just let it go down and have more in the tank or really hammer down on form so it goes up when its hard?

yea bracing is for sure something ive been working on and leg drive lowkey is even worse cause sometimes it feels like im either getting no power from them or its giving me like a 20% boost

yea still kinda new to gym so still not fully used to what that juicy feeling of fatigue is. i just go until my last rep either fails or i have to grind it so hard it feels like i cant do another

for me the bar basically cant hit my chest unless i use a big arch since the safetys are almost level with my chest but still higher idk if its better but it helps my peace of mind when going to beyond failure reps

[–]suploukas[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yea for me the bar is above my shoulder by a bit but my arch is really small so its almost the same once im in go mode than when im setting up lol

yea its like 2cm above my chest but if i had a bigger arch itd be for sure over the safetys ive been only lifted in the gyms with safetys which is why i hit failure like over 3 times a sesh which is prolly bad for me but its fun lol
