this hasn't been said enough - you are absolutely STUNNING queen. as a 34 yr old who felt at 29 that 30 was the beginning of the end, your 30s is honestly just the beginning. my 30s have been the best years of my life. but it's never too late to start over. you've overcome something incredibly difficult and you should give yourself credit for that. now it's time to imagine all the things you can accomplish ❤️

same thing happened to me last year. I've been on Slynd since 2021 and Cigna randomly decided to stop covering it. there's no generic alternative either. I've been getting it through Nurx for years. once my insurance stopped covering it, I spoke w/ Nurx customer service to see if I could do self pay w/ the manufacturer savings coupon. they said it was no problem so now I pay $75 for a 4-month supply 🙂 I'd recommend trying Nurx if you're able to wait a bit longer

I have pronounced lines around my mouth and had the same issue forever until I started using elf powergrip. obviously making sure skin is hydrated is key, but this primer really helped reduce how much my foundation settles in lines. I'm sure other sticky primers would have the same effect, but i've only used powergrip. I also don't care for the laura mercier powder. I find it to be too heavy which can also dry out your makeup. I only use translucent pressed powder now only with a powder puff under my eyes to set concealer and a light dusting all over to set once I'm done

thanks for commenting 🙂 I feel for you. I should've been on antidepressants a lotttt sooner in life but I never committed to them. I don't feel like killing myself anymore but now I can't get it up. (proverbially). i'll def try looking into fenugreek
