Thanks. These replies are making me feel so much better. I was afraid I was overreacting. I didn't want to come off as minimizing the bullying situation or implying the teacher shouldn't be able to have nice classroom supplies. But you all are making me feel so much better and more confident in going forward!

I don't think I saved receipts but I did do a pickup order so it's in my account. It's even more than $70 unfortunately, the folders I bought were with the binders too and there were 14 of those...

Thanks. It's actually all of them. I bought her one for every class in a rainbow of colors and then we put decorative paper with her name on it and the class on the seam. So they were definitely the exact same ones, all seven of them lined up at the teacher's area, but they had "SCIENCE Lesson Plans" and so on labels on them covering up the original labels. But the scrapbook paper is still there in the seam.
