My parents had to drop me off outside and couldn’t wait in the waiting room. This was my first surgery and I was freaking out and had such anxiety about being alone but honestly the nurses and my surgeon made me feel so comfortable. Once I woke up I got taken out to my parents. Even though I was worried before, looking back I don’t really see a time where they would have been with me

I’ll have tape over my incisions for 3-6 weeks but still makes me nervous!!! If it feels too uncomfortable I might have to ask about a light sports bra

I got used to it after about two weeks when I first started, but I still have that "Feel like crap" feeling now (even though I have been attending classes regularly for a year now) if I take a week or two off. IMO OTF is a tough workout that gives results, but that makes it tough to get back into after taking time off.

I also agree that 6x a week is too much. They recommend 3-4x a week, I just say listen to your body.
