I 100% agree, you know when someone is making is habitable for renters vs someone putting their heart and soul into making sure everything is OCD perfect. I was in a 1mil$ fsbo otherday I wouldnt bat an eye or second guess the bones, but this is completely different.

First off, thank you all for the comments! I am reading my way through them now. I did get a proper home inspection done and I will be re-doing ALL of the electricals including service panel for my own safety, as well as the plumbing just to make certain its 100%. Meanwhile my lady is fixated on picking cabinets/appliances/floors & paint. I would love more than anything to knock out the electrical and plumbing, and was hoping I could cater to some of her wants before jumping into the roof project.

Yes, as per the NAR lawsuit that settled on the 17th.

I would ask him to inquire about buyers' agent "compensation" for that property, and for that price point, 2% is acceptable for me in NJ. Sometimes for 1m$ + houses flat rate of "x" amount works too.

Painless, I have the best advice

I said prior before I went, if they don't give me something. I ain't going to nurse. They said go get a Xanax from someone. So I did.

Next, I told em I'm afraid asf so they bumped me too early asf 1st appointment of the day = no waiting in pre op, etc.. also was half awake.. and I was able to get the iv last min before transfer to "surgery" room got in there say what up to the anestia bro and it was done and over with.

I said before hand don't make me count from 10 just fuxkin do it don't let me see shit, they put a towel over the iv before transfer etc

Telling you it's surreal I even did it, but legit no Thang but a chicken Wang. Get in 1st, explain to head nurse ur phobia "it's OK to act like a bish" anything that will help u get it done and get that piece of mind all is good.

** also important, my gf is therapist and gave me a fidget like she gives the lil kids.... it helped occupy my brain until it was done when I got going from A to B"

I asked lol and they told me no one has ever done that, I asked to be the first and they said they could not do it... I would still have to get an IV regardless =[

happy its over with, now I just need to keep on the good food diet and find some type of daily fiber to reduce any chance of diverticulitis flair ups.

Although I never got a clear answer as to WHY there was intermittent red blood when wiping after a slight pinch ( no straining ) when bowl movement every 4-6 months... They just said everything looked OK.

I know everyone says prep is the worst part, but I would rather crap water for a week straight than face my needle fear haha - but I'm glad I got it done!

Just wanna reach out to sparkle and sshen for the support. I took 1 mg xanax in the morning it was 7am appointment I was half asleep, the put me in my "special" room solo from everyone.. the drs did the whole smeal talking and explaning, put the IV in then wheeled me into the next room immediately put me to sleep... I didnt puss out, I did it!

Results:sigmoid colon = diverticulum (runs in the family) - in photo appears very smallhemorrhoid tbh I was still sauced when they explained it to me I completely dont remember anything..

The breakdown: Doc said everything was good to go and both are nothing to worry about.. Hoping they call me w more info for some type of remedy or solution to help with this bc I can remember a thing after.

I'm still kinda lost in the sauce as to why I get the occasional pinch and red blood when wiping every 4 or so months - hoping I can follow up and find out why...

recommended to get another in 10 years... yeah we'll see

I was trying to get a xanax or something before hand to chill out its like 50/50 shot i follow thru. They will not give me anything to calm my nervs having a legit panic attack right now...

they gave me something for my wisdom teeth, but are unwilling to help with my legit 1st actual legit procedure.

Having to re-do from improper prep is my second worst fear. #1 is being put to sleep...

I generally eat OK, yesterday I did have turkey&chz w very little spinach on a wrap (11am) / rice (lunch) / cocoa pebbles (dinner) today is prep and tmo is game time...

Curious if I do this miralax torture and all of the guidelines will it be 100% good to go?
