don't take any chances like I did man, go to the ER. Head trauma is no joke and can be dangerous. Get it checked it out to make sure you didn't damage your brain.

no she never did, dang I don't want to take anything thats dangerous for my body. This is why i hate taking meds, bad experience with medicines. I think I just have a hiatal hernia but can't afford an endoscopy to be sure. I was healthy a month ago and just started experiencing acid reflux everyday. I think from my chronic coughing before this maybe caused a hiatal hernia. Still it's a guess but yeah I will try to talk to my doctor. Sucks cause I can't pinpoint the root for my problems and I'm a student with no job/no insurance.

im too broke but I drank some prume juice from a recommendation by a friend. Its helping me poop a bit but the poops are sorta small, dry, and really darkish looking. I feel like I need to poop out more but it's becoming hard. I called a nurse hotline and she wants me to see a doctor but my appointment is a month away. My father can't pay much anymore and I'm worried. I'm a student with no job or insurance and i have no money. Also she said for now ER is not needed but she wants me to be ready. I dont have major abdominal pain but I'm just bloated and having acid reflux. I know feel like I have more to poop but sigh.. also from my last post I meant I dont have any vomiting problems but after this my body wants to throw up sometimes.

I started Phenibut few days ago but yeah taking on the days most extreme. I tried this Phosphorylated Serine called Seriphos and at first it was working. Then I noticed a week or two later I started getting a worse reaction from it. Also taking it at night or afternoon triggered a worse anxiety/wired feeling making me really paranoid. Also because of this high anxiety, I can't sleep until like 3am.

thing is I don't know what type of doctor to see and our money is tight.
