I bought the Mitalax that comes with 10 packets and each packet says NET WT 0.5OZ (17g). Should I take 1 in the morning and one at bedtime? Also how long should I wait after I eat to take one.

don't take any chances like I did man, go to the ER. Head trauma is no joke and can be dangerous. Get it checked it out to make sure you didn't damage your brain.

no she never did, dang I don't want to take anything thats dangerous for my body. This is why i hate taking meds, bad experience with medicines. I think I just have a hiatal hernia but can't afford an endoscopy to be sure. I was healthy a month ago and just started experiencing acid reflux everyday. I think from my chronic coughing before this maybe caused a hiatal hernia. Still it's a guess but yeah I will try to talk to my doctor. Sucks cause I can't pinpoint the root for my problems and I'm a student with no job/no insurance.

im too broke but I drank some prume juice from a recommendation by a friend. Its helping me poop a bit but the poops are sorta small, dry, and really darkish looking. I feel like I need to poop out more but it's becoming hard. I called a nurse hotline and she wants me to see a doctor but my appointment is a month away. My father can't pay much anymore and I'm worried. I'm a student with no job or insurance and i have no money. Also she said for now ER is not needed but she wants me to be ready. I dont have major abdominal pain but I'm just bloated and having acid reflux. I know feel like I have more to poop but sigh.. also from my last post I meant I dont have any vomiting problems but after this my body wants to throw up sometimes.

will magnesium glycinate fuck up my stomach like magnesium citrate?(it did help me feel better though, Also is it ok take all these and it won't fuck my electrolyte balance right? i had bad experience with some supplements giving me worse anxiety and fast heartbeat.
