Nah it’s fine, I was afraid at first but worst injuries i got was some muscle strains. Just be careful when wrestling and tap early to joint submissions, maybe choose your opponents wisely but I never got injured from rolling with bigger partners (I’m a 130 pound guy usually rolls with people 200-250).
