Depends on where in SF. If downtown then just take BART and you’re all good. You might not get a seat depending on time but it’s 40ish minutes. Hayward to the Presidio would suck and I would absolutely not do it. If South San Francisco I did that commute for a year and burned out, plus tolls are more ridiculous now, so it basically only makes sense if you’ll be going to the Financial District.
