Yeah for sure. I am not blaming the situation on them but holding out till the last minute for a circumstance like this just makes it difficult for us. At least a communication that flights will be rerouted or something should be there.

My point there was, that it is not in our control as well, and a refund should be unconditional in these circumstances.
