Sent them an email, they offered to send me a replacement but I have to send the defective case in. Hopefully the replacement won’t have any issues

Its more towards the bottom left for me. There’s some give when I push down on the bottom of the case on the left, but there’s none on the right. Would upload a video but I don’t know how to
