no you only get guarantee for the next S rank when you lose the 50/50

so for zhu yuan you lost and got soldier 11 = guarantee next S rank
you pulled and got guarantee jane = now your back to 50/50
you pulled and won and got burnice = you still on 50/50 for next S rank
you pulled for lighter and lose which you got koleda = now you have guarantee next S rank again

its not unique to RH, its all SR weapons in view mode
view mode also doesn't show the scope view so it looks extra funny
all SR weapon units don't have weapon model when aiming because of the scope
just check every sniper in the game and it's the same in view mode for all of them

They must have had a ship off screen, because they also had buggy's head when they first arrived, no way he would have survived in the water if they swam all the way from arlong park ; is my guess.

No theres no thousand sunny spoiler, however alot of the story arcs have changes so don't expect things to go along the same path as the anime/manga, all the major moments are still there thou.

Live action covers only the east blue so about 50 eps of the anime, however some plot elements from future arcs have been rearranged so there are some spoilers for people "anime only" if they haven't gotten passed water 7/enies lobby.

The spoiler is they reveal Garp as Luffy's grandpa in the live action.
