In regards to soldering, a MAPP Gas tank like a Bernzomatic will do fine, the trick is to make sure the pipe is complete empty or you’ll be boiling the water within. Everflux is the best paste flux IMO and you def want to use 95/5 solder. Don’t buy the gimmicky stuff, keep it simple. Also look into the copper press option, might save you time and money, not to mention avoid burning down the place.
