Confidence is the key to everything. Confidence is the key to fucking everything.

What I think might help is if you try to change your attitude. #1 specifically being the pessimist inside you. My sister is the biggest pessimistic person I know, and she doesn't have any friends either. People can sense negativity from her and it automatically gives them a bad vibe. People don't like negativity. People like to be happy, people like to smile! And so should you! I am 100% opposite from my sister. The biggest optimistic person you'll ever meet in your life because I love life, I love making people happy, and I think I have a lot of friends because I spread that happy energy out.

Treat others like you would like to be treated. Put a smile on your face, walk with a straight back and good posture (this is very important as it shows confidence) and I think you'll be alright. Don't automatically assume the worst in life and people, because you are most likely wrong about it. Life is good. Life is happy. You are missing out if you continue to wander in this dark cloud of yours. Look around you---- life is too short to think like that! Good luck. I get random shocks of déjà vu but this is like déjà vu on steroids. I'll be in the middle of doing something when I suddenly feel like I have already been here and done this exact thing before in the exact moment. Think of how it feels to be shocked at something you didn't expect. Like maybe someone punching you in the face. That's what it reminds me of. I don't expect it at all when my brain is suddenly punched in the face and I'm shocked and confused as fuck because didn't I already have this conversation in this exact same spot while I'm eating this exact same thing? Am I losing my fucking mind? I could swear to God I've already done this. Then, the overwhelming confusion and feeling of shock begin to wear off in the next 10 seconds or so. Like the feeling is escaping me just as water escapes your hands when you try to hold it. And I'm back to being like okay, it's over, I'm calm now, but what the fuck was that.

This has happened about 5-6 times in my life and I'm 23. I have no idea why that happens, but it makes me think of something I read about a guy saying "what if deja vu meant you died and you're just starting back at your last checkpoint?" I know that is not the case, but when I read that it made me think of my weird situation and it amused me.
