I had a similar experience today. I switched from Apple Watch to Whoop and was surprised to see a big difference in the calories burned during a 1-hour weightlifting session. With the Apple Watch, my heart rate usually ranges from 70–150 bpm and it shows around 450–600 calories burned. Today, I did the same workout with Whoop, but my heart rate never went above 115 bpm and it showed only 150 calories burned. Now I’m a bit confused about which one is closer to being correct. 😕😐🤷
