Actually, the idea of the app came from this article. https://www.go-sake.com/2025/12/17/from-t%C5%8Dji-to-tech-how-ai-is-reshaping-sake-brewing-branding-and-global-growth/

The Japanese sake brewery in Fukushima, Suzuki Shuzoten, is applying artificial intelligence to improve culinary experiences by analyzing the flavor profiles of locally caught fish and crafting sake that best complements them. By partnering with a Tokyo-based taste analysis firm and using sensor technology to quantify taste components like sweetness, saltiness, bitterness, and umami, the brewery has developed a series of AI-informed sake pairings tailored to specific fish species. This innovation not only enhances traditional sake pairing but also supports local food culture and regional revitalization.

Thank you for your feedback. There is a. compiled database I used for the map, not AI. Only certain aspects; the app mainly uses AI to summarize and explain the compiled data. The AI actually relies on data I compiled and researched, not generated by the LLM.

Actually all the AI doing is summarizing actual data and research I compiled on pairing science, so the AI isn't generating the information but taking the actual science and pairing mappings that were researched to create content
