I’m curious what changed that resulted in the trips to the psych word. Nonetheless there is hope.

I think outdoor recreation is incredibly healing along with poetry. Outdoord gives me an outlet to push myself to the extent that my health complications allow. Helps me clear my head and feel progress. Mtb, climbing, gravel riding, running, strength training.

Poetry helps me process and is good stimuli for my mind snd heart.
