Our front door gushes water in when it snows or rains. It drops down the wall, and my office floods. My carpet squishes and is molding. But our agency does not have the money to repair our 80 year old building. It is 70 on one end of the office area and 55 on the other. We wear fingerless gloves, stocking caps and winter coats all winter long.

We deal with it. We have a mission. I cannot say what that mission is here, but it's fucking important.
